Shaina works closely with A La CARTE Solutions' clients to deliver timely, accurate, reliable accounting services.  She utilizes best practices to perform bookkeeping and account reconciliations, manage accounts receivables and payables, process payroll, prepare sales tax returns and 1099’s, and complete special projects as needed.  She implements best accounting practices to improve the efficiencies and support clients’ business planning processes.

 

Experience

Prior to joining ALC, Shaina was on the accounting team of an international biotechnology company where she was immersed in full cycle accounting, budgeting and accounting research. She earned a reputation as a go-to resource for Excel tips-and-tricks among the accounting and IT departments, and taught multiple Excel courses with increased difficulty.

Shaina began her career and earned her CPA working in public accounting for a regional firm specializing in insurance audits and assurance services.

 

Beyond Accounting & Finance

A Wisconsin native, Shaina recently moved to South Lake Tahoe, California with her partner and their dog.  It is the ideal location for them to pursue their passions for skiing, rock climbing, camping, running and exploring beautiful locations with friends and family.
