His experience spans across full-cycle accounting, revenue recognition, and a strong understanding of GAAP, making him well-equipped to contribute to the team’s success. Outside of work, Yaro is an avid fitness enthusiast, aviation lover, and 90’s modern-classic car aficionado, always looking for new challenges both professionally and personally.
Yaro brings over four years of experience in financial reporting and consulting. Before joining ALC, he worked as a self-employed Financial Reporting Consultant specializing in the automotive sector. Prior to that, Yaro served as an Accounting Manager for an automotive adventure outfitter brand. He takes pride in being a trusted resource for small business owners, helping them gain clarity and confidence in understanding their financial operations and position.

Born in Ukraine and raised in the United States since the age of one, Yaro now calls Sacramento, California, home. A fitness enthusiast, he enjoys weightlifting, running, and unwinding with sauna sessions. Yaro is also passionate about aviation, currently pursuing his Private Pilot License, and dreams of a solo flight across the western United States. Equally dedicated to cars, he hopes to one day own a hangar/garage where he can restore 90s Toyota trucks and other iconic Japanese cars, bringing them back to like-new condition and preserving their legacy.
