Wilson is a dedicated staff accountant with a passion for both accounting and technology, inspired by his early exposure to the field through his father’s career. With a background in accounting, finance, and auditing, Wilson brings a genuine curiosity about how businesses operate and a drive to add meaningful value—whether working internally or supporting clients. As a key member of the accounting team, he contributes to essential functions such as Accounts Payable, Accounting, and Accounts Receivable. Wilson combines technical accuracy with a practical, analytical approach, focusing on streamlining processes and implementing effective financial controls. He believes that integrating technology with accounting is crucial for optimizing workflows and enhancing the impact of accountants in today’s business environment.

EXPERIENCE

Throughout his career, Wilson has built a strong foundation in finance and accounting by working with clients across multiple industries at an accounting firm. This early experience provided him with broad exposure to diverse business practices and financial environments. He later expanded his expertise in the banking sector, where he deepened his understanding of internal controls and regulatory compliance.

Wilson played a key role in a multi-year IFRS adoption project, successfully guiding the transition from local standards to international financial reporting. He has held positions as a general accountant in local, international, and multinational companies, consistently supporting organizations in strengthening their financial operations. Wilson is especially passionate about helping small and medium-sized businesses establish and grow their financial structure from the ground up, ensuring they have the tools and processes needed for sustainable success.
