Whitnie is dedicated to helping businesses achieve financial clarity and efficiency by simplifying complex accounting issues and guiding business owners through their financial statements and accounting software.
Before joining ALC, Whitnie served as the sole onboarding consultant at a mid-sized CPA firm in the Midwest. She specialized in unraveling transaction complexities and devising efficient strategies to minimize effort for business owners on the accounting side. In her role, she developed various templates that colleagues used to enhance efficiency with existing clients. Additionally, she was part of the implementation team for the firm’s practice management, billing, and time entry software, providing internal support and maintenance. Before this role, she developed her skills in a traditional accounting department and spent two tax seasons focusing on the tax preparation of business returns.

Whitnie resides in her hometown in Wisconsin with her dog, Bucky. She appreciates having family nearby. She aspires to spend winters ocean-side in Georgia and enjoys camping during the spring and fall months. She channels her creativity through Entwining Extras, crocheting various items, including baby blankets that when folded take the shape of an animal, designing custom stickers, hats, drinkware, and shadow boxes.
