Traci is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer, Controller and Financial Consultant with over 20 years of experience at private companies with revenues ranging from $4 million to over $100 million. She works closely with a la C.A.R.T.E.’s clients to deliver timely, accurate, reliable accounting services and provides the guidance and financial tools necessary to optimize performance. Traci implements best accounting practices, including the latest technology solutions, to improve efficiencies and support clients’ business planning processes.
Prior to joining ALC, Traci served in senior accounting positions for domestic and international companies in professional services, information technology, financial services and a non-profit. Her accomplishments in these positions ranged from building accounting departments from the ground up to overseeing finance, HR and administrative functions and developing processes to streamline accounting functions to maximize results. She has led accounting departments through financial and governmental compliance audits and has participated in corporate acquisitions and private equity placements.
Traci worked in the audit group of an accounting firm after earning her Master of Accountancy, then earned her CPA.
