Her expertise spans nonprofit administration, a deep understanding of GAAP principles, and comprehensive operational oversight. Earning her Master’s degree in Business at the age of 21, Sarah demonstrated early dedication and proficiency in the fields of business and accounting. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence, she approaches every project with both precision and compassion—qualities she values deeply in both her professional and personal life.
Sarah’s career reflects a strong foundation in business operations and financial leadership, shaped by her role as Director of Operations for the Center for Educational Improvement. In this capacity, she managed a $1 million annual federal grant from the U.S. Department of Education, overseeing all financial reporting and ensuring strict compliance with federal regulations. She also spearheaded the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures that enhanced organizational efficiency, streamlined accounting and grant tracking, and supported data analysis for research initiatives.
Her expertise extends across budget development, business management, expense auditing, and financial planning, with a proven ability to align fiscal strategies to organizational goals. Sarah’s collaborative approach has allowed her to work effectively across departments, ensuring that operational and financial practices are seamlessly integrated.
