HR Generalist – Consultant Mike Minnick believes that the key to unlocking the full potential of any business lies in fully engaging its people. With a background in operations at multiple Fortune 500 companies, Mike brings a valuable knowledge and perspective that empowers businesses to achieve their maximum potential by optimizing performance and making informed decisions.
Prior to joining ALC, Mike was in various Senior Leadership positions. He began his career at GameStop as a Store Manager and advanced to Regional Director of Northeast Stores. In this role, he was responsible for 150 locations, overseeing operations that generated over $150 million in revenue.
Mike then transitioned to Apple in the Houston area as a Senior Manager. In this capacity, he supported multiple locations as a People Leader, working with over 1,000 employees. Under his leadership, Apple saw double-digit growth in both revenue and profit year over year. Additionally, Mike implemented various engagement and performance management strategies that significantly improved employee morale and retention to record high levels.
