Mike has strong accounting and operating knowledge, gained from his work in both the private sector as well as public accounting over the last 10+ years. Mike utilizes this knowledge to help his clients make informed decisions for their business and guide them through any problems or issues they are having. Mike is a strong leader, working with his team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, so his clients have the information they need to help manage their business.
Prior to joining ALC, Mike was the CFO of a $150 million company in the ticketing industry. During this time, he led the team responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of the company. He worked closely with other members of the C-Suite to make informed decisions to move the company forward, based on the financial information presented.
In addition to a strong accounting background, Mike excels in process improvement and documentation. He worked closely with both members of his team and other teams throughout the organization to understand, document and ultimately improve processes, making the processes more efficient and saving time and resources for the company.
Prior to his work in the private sector, Mike spent roughly 10 years in public accounting at New England’s largest regional business advisory firm, half of which was spent as a manager. During this time, Mike provided auditing services to clients of all sizes in various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, retail, non-profit, healthcare, and automotive. In addition to the audit services, Mike provided various consulting services, including Sarbanes-Oxley Testing and Process Controls Consulting. Mike was also responsible for coordinating training, marketing and overall management for multiple industries during this time.

Mike lives in Manchester, Connecticut with his wife and their cat. He loves playing sports, specifically hockey and golf, and is an avid sports fan, always cheering on the Washington Capitals. In addition to playing and watching hockey, he also volunteers coaching youth hockey, where he has worked with kids at various levels, from introductory learn-to-play to U-14 level.
