Lucy began her career in public accounting before transitioning into finance leadership roles across SaaS, marketing, and professional services organizations. She previously served as Director of Finance at a creative agency and led the services vertical at a financial advisory firm, where she oversaw a growing client portfolio and scaled the team to meet rising demand. As a consultant, Lucy has supported dozens of companies in strengthening financial operations, implementing systems, forecasting growth, and navigating organizational change.
