Jill began her career in commercial banking before pursuing an alternative certification to teach elementary school math, where she spent nine years in the classroom. After leaving education, she returned to her business roots and worked in higher education at a public community college. Following 11 years at the college, Jill spent two years with a multinational government contracting firm in its munitions division. She has been a member of ALC’s Shared Services team since August 2025.
Jill brings more than 12 years of experience managing high-volume accounts payable processes across both the public and private sectors. She graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in finance, concentrating in financial planning and investments, and minored in economics and accounting. During college, she served as a student administrative and business assistant for the Razorback football team.

Jill lives in northeast Texas in the border city of Texarkana with her husband, daughter, and their two rescue dogs, Tucker and Charlie. You’ll often find her cheering on her daughter, Sophie Blair, as she dances as senior captain of the Pleasant Grove Showstoppers drill team, rooting for the Pleasant Grove Hawks under the Friday night lights, or calling the football, basketball, and baseball games as a die-hard (and admittedly obnoxious) Arkansas Razorback. Jill loves a great pair of sunglasses, a Diet Dr. Pepper, and any excuse to plan a party. She’s especially excited to spend more time in Fayetteville when Sophie heads to the University of Arkansas next fall as a third-generation Razorback
