Throughout her career, Jennifer has held executive and advisory roles including Vice Present of Finance and Operations, Director of Finance, Controller and Accounting Consultant. She has led multiple end-to-end accounting, resort, retail, and EMR system implementations, significantly improving billing accuracy, reducing collection cycles, and strengthening financial visibility. Her background includes building finance departments from the ground up, managing and mentoring cross-functional teams both domestically and internationally, overseeing payroll and employee benefit programs, and ensuring compliance with Medicare, Medicaid and state regulations. In addition to corporate leadership roles, Jennifer founded and grew a successful accounting practice serving over 300 individual and corporate clients, providing advisory, tax, payroll, and accounting services. Her experience also spans luxury hospitality finance, where she managed large-scale resort and hotel operations, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning in global environments.

Jennifer lives in Windsor, Connecticut with her son. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, yoga, outdoor music events, volunteering and spending time with her family and friends. She is a die-hard New England Patriots fan. She is a board member and runs the social committee for her HOA and thrives on organizing events that bring her community together.
