Heather joins the ALC team, with over fifteen years of dedicated experience in the human resources field. Heather’s passion is fostering positive workplace environments and strategically supporting organizational growth through effective HR practices. Her extensive background encompasses a wide range of critical HR functions, including talent acquisition and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management. She has a deep understanding of these core areas and commitment to creating impactful HR solutions for our clients.

Heather began her professional journey in the education sector, where she cultivated her operational skills, ultimately leading the Washington D.C. campus of a public charter school organization as Head of Operations. Transitioning to the dynamic world of sports and entertainment, she shifted her focus to human resources, serving as Director of People and Culture. Her expertise and leadership led to her advancement to Associate Vice President of People Operations within the same organization. Most recently, Heather leveraged her extensive experience by providing fractional HR support to a variety of organizations, encompassing both non-profit and private sectors.

Originally calling Arizona home, Heather now resides in Austin, Texas, alongside her husband, daughter, and two dogs. Beyond her family joys, which include the pastime of “Pretty Pretty Princess” with her daughter, Heather serves as the Internal Affairs Chair for SOUNDS Academy, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing essential music education opportunities to underserved communities. Heather enjoys live music, baking, and has recently expanded her mind by learning the strategic intricacies of American Mahjong.
