Charley’s passion is people – ensuring they have an empowering and meaningful work experience that also allows for a full life outside of work. She approaches people strategy with empathy and compassion, a philosophy of continual improvement, and a bit of creativity.
At ALC, Charley is responsible for the employee experience throughout their lifespan with the firm. Understanding that excellent employee engagement empowers employees to do their best work, the policies and programs implemented in her role provide critical support for the continued and exciting growth of the business.
Charley’s career began at a start-up healthcare consultancy, where she entered the world of HR by taking on internal responsibilities in addition to her full client load. She quickly grew to love the work and transitioned to HR full-time.
She comes to ALC with 10+ years of experience in a variety of business and people strategy roles, including leading the people operations team of a global start up through a successful acquisition and leading the organizational development and L&D team of a large, growing company as they integrated several acquired businesses.

Charley lives in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho with her amazing husband and their two young children. Charley will tell you being a mom is her greatest joy. Though most of her current free time is spent cleaning little fingers and making swings go higher, Charley loves to be in her kitchen trying new recipes and is always on the hunt for the next binge-worthy podcast.
