Following the sale, Bobby focused on real estate investment and operations, building a portfolio of residential and short-term rental properties across multiple markets. His experience includes value-add renovations, portfolio management, and implementing systems to support scalable property operations.
At ALC, Bobby applies this operational mindset to help design and implement systems that improve workflow efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support consistent service delivery across clients.
With a background in entrepreneurship and operations, Bobby specializes in streamlining workflows, implementing automation, and standardizing processes across accounting and finance functions. He works closely with ALC’s leadership and service teams to improve internal efficiency, enhance data visibility, and support the firm’s continued growth.
In addition to his role at ALC, Bobby is an active real estate investor, owning and operating a portfolio of residential and short-term rental properties. His hands-on experience as an operator allows him to bring practical, real-world insight to process improvement and business optimization initiatives.
He is actively involved in his kids’ activities, including coaching youth soccer, and enjoys being present for the day-to-day moments that come with raising a young family.
When he’s not with family, Bobby prioritizes health and fitness through running, cycling, and strength training, and is always looking for ways to improve both personally and professionally.
