Ashley has built a career dedicated to enhancing business efficiency and streamlining operations for Small Businesses. With a foundation in accounting and HR, and significant experience as IT/Business Analyst, she has a unique ability to oversee and improve various business functions.
At a small manufacturing company, Ashley transitioned from accounting to HR, where she successfully implemented a PEO Platform to streamline HR operations. She then moved into an IT/Business Analyst role, ensuring optimal performance in the Sales and Service departments. Later, at a family-owned metal fabrication company, she excelled as an Office Manager, managing accounts receivable/payable, HR, and IT.
Ashley’s approach combines practical experience with a commitment to operational excellence. She is passionate about helping businesses become more efficient and is dedicated to making a positive impact through her work.
Ashley began her career at a small manufacturing company, initially working in accounting before transitioning to HR and Payroll Admin under the CEO’s guidance. During this time, she was instrumental in implementing a PEO Platform, which streamlined all HR operations. She then shifted to an IT/Business Analyst role, overseeing the Sales, Service and IT departments to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance.
Later, Ashley joined a family-owned metal fabrication company as the Office Manager, where she managed accounts receivable/payable, HR, and IT. She is eager to leverage her diverse experience to help other companies become more efficient and streamlined.
Ashley is from the LA area in California – originally from Valinda and now lives in Cerritos. Her first love is her ‘ki-dog’, Zero, for whom she takes on all her adventures. She considers herself more ‘outsidey’ than outdoorsy. They can often be found camping, hiking, or on the water. She’s passionate about community service and has found get meaning in volunteering for the Ronald McDonald House Charities.
