She has managed internal and external audits, general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, month-end close processes and inventory management. Ashley also has a strong background dealing in accounting software implementation, project accounting and start-up business models. Throughout her career, she has developed strong communication and organization skills plus a commitment to accuracy and transparency.

Ashley’s passionate about accounting because it sits at the intersection of problem-solving, strategy and trust. She has built her career around using numbers to create clarity and help organizations make smarter financial decisions. Ashley is fond of the challenge of turning complex financial data into meaningful insights and after over a decade in the field, she brings not only technical proficiency, but also perspective, accountability, and a strong commitment to ethical financial practices.

Ashley resides in her hometown in Pennsylvania with her fiancée and two young children. When not traveling for fun, she spends her free time in the world of arts visiting exhibitions, seeing plays and enjoying live jazz music. Ashley is an avid soccer, baseball and volleyball mom and a leading member of her alma mater’s historical women’s club that is committed to fundraising and involvement in charitable activities. She is also passionate about cooking, tea parties and hot summer days next to the pool.
