Alexa McComb joins the ALC team, bringing a passion for creating engaging, compliant workplaces. With a rich background in training and development from nearly a decade in healthcare, Alexa transitioned into HR to foster positive, high-performance cultures. Her expertise spans leadership coaching, talent development, and strategic workforce planning.
Alexa began her career in healthcare, where she spent nine years working in a diverse range of roles. These experiences honed her skills in empathy, crisis management, and operational coordination. Motivated by a desire to impact workplace environments, she transitioned into human resources after earning a degree in Workforce Development and Human Resources. She started as a Human Resources Coordinator in the manufacturing sector and quickly advanced to the role of HR Director at a multi-client HR services firm. In these roles, she led strategic initiatives in workforce planning, compliance, coaching, and organizational development.
