ALC ranked #1770 on the 2025 Inc. 5000 List!

ALC made it to the Inc. 5000 List!

We’re ranked 1770 in the country, 262 in California, and 102 in Los Angeles!

The Inc. 5000 list has been spotlighting the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. since 1982. It started as the Inc. 500, highlighting the top 500 companies driving innovation and growth, and expanded to 5,000 to give a fuller picture of entrepreneurial success across the country.

Getting on the list isn’t easy. It’s based on real numbers—companies have to show strong revenue growth over a three-year period. Past honorees include brands like Zappos, Patagonia, and Under Armour. We’re humbled to be named along side these amazing companies.

ALC is growing fast, and growing with purpose. Our bold vision is to bring happiness and stability back to the workplace  – we’re on a mission to do that for 1,000,000 employers and employees by 2030! Being recognized by Inc. 5000 is a moment to pause and appreciate how far we’ve come toward that goal. It’s also a reminder of what’s possible when a team is aligned, passionate, and committed to doing great work.
